Risking the scorn of my peers, I hesitantly enquire: what do y’all think of Mr. Scruff? Because I’ve never seen anyone in this ‘hood even mention the guy, and the only informed-seeming hipsterati remarks I’ve ever read on Scruff have been distinctly scathing (albeit as much of his alleged audience--students--as the music itself).
